Married since 1983. Still madly in love. Best friends and partners. Four adult children and 8 grandchildren.

John is an entrepreneur with several successes, including Startup Ignition. He serves on multiple advisory boards of companies and actively mentors and invests in numerous companies. "Papa" is his favorite role.

In addition to family, Susan serves many community organizations. "Grandma Sue" is her favorite "calling."

They love to travel and play pickleball together.

A JD/MBA who works at Utah Valley University in Orem, UT. Co-founder of Startup Ignition. He takes the money of other family members as golf game has improved! John is a fantastic uncle and Dad's movie buddy! Age 39.

Tyler

Busy husband, father, entrepreneur, investor. Co-founder of Startup Ignition which has a bootcamp and venture fund. Avid golfer and pickleball player. Age 37.

Busy mom with 3 children, making sure everything is running smoothly. Trainer in a fitness class. Loving her new house that she and Tyler designed and built this past year. Age 35.

​Avyn

First-born grandchild. Full of love. In the fifth grade and is practically perfect in every way! So many varied interests. Really into Harry Potter. Both calm like Mom and zany like Dad. Age 10.

Wren

Our little Fire & Ice! She is stubborn and headstrong like most of us in this family, but also tender and sweet. Not stingy with hugs at all. She is so cute like a little pixie. Inquisitive, smart, determined. Age 7.

Ryze

Little brother to the only two granddaughters, this fantastic boy is a so fun and pleasant. Such a treat! Nothing better than his "I love you" accompanied by a big hug. Age 5.

Erica & Matson Tanner

Erica (Tanner)

She manages her busy life with a husband and three incredible boys plus the CEO-Founder of a startup. Life of the party! We love her so much. Age 34.

Matson

Coming off a great exit from his software company, Matson is now COO of the company Erica founded. We count him as a son and friend. He is now the best golfer in the family and he ain't too shabby at pickleball either! Age 36.

​Nixon

First-born grandson. Crackerjack smart with an incredible memory! He gets obsessed on new things all the time, but is consistently into football and geography. He knows every flag from everywhere! He plays multiple sports. In 3rd grade. Age 10.

Ford

Ford is such a chill kid. He knows what he likes and likes what he knows. He is sweet, loving, and oh so huggable. His alter ego is Spiderman. Age 7.

Taft

Taft is nonstop! And those curls! He is the center of attention wherever he goes. He is a brick house - thick little football player in the making. Age 2.

Ashley & Nolan Berry

Ashley (Berry)

Always dependable, she juggles it all from her two children to helping out her Mom and Dad. She is also helping the Live Your Dream Foundation charity. She is very creative in managing all she has to do as a stay-at-home mom. Age 32.

Wonderful husband and father. We love him as a son. Plays golf and pickleball with a vengeance. Enjoys his work in software sales at a large financial software company. Age 34.

Henrik

Obsessed with football and wants to play every second of every day. His Dad wants him on the PGA tour someday. Golfer or football player? Age 8.

Franco

Love animals and babies and is a sensitive brother. Soccer enthusiast. Always keeps us laughing. Age 6.
